HELLO WEEKEND

TGIF! For some reason this week felt especially long...but I think that's always the case post long weekends. Weekends are my fave because it means daddy is home! I loooove seeing him and little Luca hang...seriously warms my heart. And guess what? We booked our flights and air bnb for San Diego!! We'll be there for a week at the end of October so please, please send me tips on what to see and where to go...we'll be staying in the Hillcrest district! If you follow me on snap/insta you'll know that I booked our air bnb because it was close to Trader Joes..lolz.

It's almost officially fall and I've only had two pumpkin spice lattes which is definitely not enough. I did buy some dark jeans with my birthday $$$..I again went with citizens because I love them so much (I got this style in a darker wash...love them!!)  I'm also hoping to bake some pumpkin scones and don't worry, I'll share the recipe with you if they turn out yummy!

HELLO WEEKEND

Happy Friday everybody! Who's ready for the weekend? THIS GIRL IS! I got another stupid cold this week and I'm hoping it will be gone ASAP. Our bathroom reno is close to being done! Toilet is in, vanity and sinks are in, tiles are done..just waiting on the trim, mirror, paint and a few other things! James is AMAZING!

I think I've officially started to nest...I want to get the Lion's nursery organized ASAP and I found myself cleaning the microwave this week...who am I? HA! Our house is in shambles because of the reno, but thankfully we can start getting it in order after the weekend.

I have my baby shower on Saturday and I'm so excited. I can't believe how loved my little boy is already. It gives me such joy knowing he's going to grow up surrounded by so many incredible people.

If you follow me on instagram, you may have seen this post from last night...I had my almost 35 week check up and I'm measuring 3 weeks ahead!!! My doctor didn't seem too concerned but let's just say the Lion isn't going to be a tiny baby...my doctor also commented on my slim hips...lols. I'm trying to not let that freak me out re: labour...all I can do is continue chiro, stretching and PRAYER!

Happy Friday everyone! Hope you had a great week!!! Mine has been jam packed with all the fall planning in the church but it's soooo much fun! BUT I had a moment to slow down when I had my first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season!!! They haven't officially launched yet but if you're a gold member, they emailed out a pass for you to access them all this weekend. #BOOYAH

Our weather has been SOO COLD this week. We even turned on our heat the other night. It sure feels like fall and that means I'm wanting all the boots and scarves
like these ones and this one please.
Oh and I picked up this lipstick the other night...I'm soooo fall ready!

Beach House released a new album ON MY BIRTHDAY.

Speaking of my birthday...did you see my 20 goals for my last year as a 20 something?

I so loved Joy the Baker's recent article on Instagram use. I was all over the "being generous with likes". Seriously, why are you following someone if you never "like" their photos???!!!!
